First Email:

Thank you for contacting us regarding your account cancellation. To proceed, we kindly ask that you complete our Subscription Cancellation Form at the link below:

Please note that your subscription(s) will be officially cancelled once the completed form has been submitted and returned to us.

It is very important that this form is completed before your next billing period to avoid additional charges. Kennel Connection does not provide refunds for cancellations submitted after a billing cycle has begun, so timely completion is essential.

If you have an open merchant account with us, please be aware that our Payment Processing Department will send you a separate cancellation form in a different support ticket. That form must also be completed to ensure your merchant account is properly closed. (REMOVE IF NOT NEEDED)

We’re following up on our previous email regarding your request to cancel your Kennel Connection subscription. At this time, we have not yet received your completed Subscription Cancellation Form.
