Help CenterThe Departure Services Report provides a quick list of pets that have departure services scheduled before going home. This report is useful for grooming and boarding staff to ensure all departure baths, nail trims, or other services are completed before pickup.
Running the Departure Services Report
- Navigate to either the Boarding or Daycare tab.
- Click Reports.
- Select Departure Services.
Sorting the Report
The report can be sorted by:
- Last Name
- Pet Name
- In Time
- Run Number
💡 QUICK TIP: Sorting by Run Number can make it easier for staff to locate pets throughout the facility, while sorting by In Time can help prioritize pets based on arrival time.
Common Use Cases
- Identifying pets scheduled for departure baths or grooming services.
