Disabling/Locking a customers online reservation/client portal account

You may have some customers that should not be booking their appointments using the online reservation system. See below to disable their accounts:

 

To disable a customer from using online reservations, locate them in the above "Existing users" section and uncheck the "active box" - click save changes.
