Is there a place to set up an automatic cancellation charge when a client cancels last minute?

KC does not have automated cancellation fees anywhere in the software, instead, you could require deposits on appointments at a certain dollar amount. Then you can put in a notice on that page in OLR and in your facility that the deposit is non-refundable and that at least guarantees something, if someone cancels.
