Setting must be added for each location.
Commissions can be set in three places.
Employees can have an overall rate, which will be used for any service that employee is assigned to.
Employees can have a rate assigned for each service.
Click Add New.
Click Select.
Click on Advanced Service and choose the service from the drop down menu.
Assign the commission rate and Save.
This is the rate the commission report will use.
If there is no rate on the employee card, the commission rate will come from Setup, Lists, Grooming Services.
